Advanced Placement (AP) program, allows students to take rigorous, college-level coursework while in high school. At the completion of the year-long course, students can take an AP exam. If the student earns a 3 or above on the exam they are awarded corresponding college credit.
Graduates earning a qualifying score gives them a head start on postsecondary studies.

345.71 Early Graduation Policy
Students considering early graduation should review and complete an Early Graduation Proposal and consult with their counselor prior to October 1st of the year they intend to graduate early.
Military recruiters are assigned to serve the students of East Troy High School. Selective Service Registration affects all 18 yr old men. By law, you must register for the Selective Service within 30 days of your 18th birthday. More information is available in the counseling office.
The Wisconsin Global Education Achievement Certificate (GEAC) is offered to graduating high school students who demonstrate a strong interest in global citizenship by successfully completing a global education curriculum and engaging in co-curricular activities and experiences that foster the development of global competencies.
East Troy High School provides students with a variety of online learning opportunities that can take place during the regular school day or beyond the school day through School Board approved online vendors and in-district staff-developed courses. Most courses offered are additional courses that are not currently offered on-site at the high school. These courses include academic, elective and credit recovery opportunities. Students interested in these opportunities should discuss this with their counselor.
